Sectors
Where we work

Commercial
We regularly act as Principal Contractor on commercial schemes, taking full responsibility for every part of the build. Our CIOB Chartered status assures the highest level of competence, and our core workforce adds value on every job. Many projects are complex; we plan them carefully and often find savings on both cost and programme.

Industrial
Extensions to existing facilities or brand-new buildings, run on our proven project management systems. Early procurement through a JCT Pre-Construction Services Agreement can accelerate business-critical timescales, and our database of rates gives you an early view of final cost.

Residential
Low-rise residential construction for private and public clients. Residential fire strategy depends on strong core construction skills, so our FIRAS-accredited teams are trained to give peace of mind long after completion. A fabric-first approach keeps lifecycle costs down.

Healthcare
Building in and around live healthcare and life-science environments takes careful planning. Whether expanding a facility or repurposing an existing building, our in-house Design Coordinators integrate services, plant and equipment with access, maintenance and user experience in mind.

Retail
Retail programmes are demanding. From new-build units to extensions adding square footage, we understand the pressure to start trading and keep your customer experience intact on live sites, with communication open throughout so you can make agile decisions.

Education
Safe, functional and inspiring spaces for students and staff: classrooms, laboratories, libraries and communal areas. We work outside teaching hours or through the holidays so construction never interrupts the school day.
Insight
Design & build or traditional?
Design and build combines design and construction under one contract. Architects, engineers and designers collaborate from day one, cutting the risk of miscommunication. Issues surface early, phases can overlap to shorten the programme, and a single point of responsibility keeps budgets under control with fewer surprises.
