Where we work

Listed Buildings
We combine respect for heritage with modern construction expertise, preserving historic elements while upgrading for contemporary use. Working with conservation officers, architects and heritage consultants, we choose materials, finishes and methods that honour each building’s history, from intricate restoration to new services.

Industrial
Revitalising ageing industrial facilities with structural upgrades, improved HVAC and climate control, better energy efficiency and smarter layouts, including racking, storage and machinery integration, to keep operations productive and compliant.

Commercial
Workspaces realigned to contemporary business needs and brand identity, with upgraded interiors, optimised layouts, better energy performance and full compliance, from HVAC and lighting to safety and accessibility.

How we cost our projects
Our estimators stay with you throughout. Using Eque2 we build a ‘shopping list’ you can choose from to hold a budget, and strong supplier relationships mean we can always offer value-engineered options. Where it helps, we offer a Pre-Construction Services Agreement for early design input, buildability advice and detailed costs.

In-house design
A studio inside the contractor
Two interior designers, a SolidWorks joinery designer and an architectural technician create moodboards, concept designs, FF&E schedules, technical drawings in SolidWorks/Swood, AutoCAD and Revit, and 3D visuals that bring each scheme to life before a wall comes down.
Because they sit beside our joinery team, every bespoke piece they draw can actually be made, to programme and to budget.
